Brokerage systems built around the way your agents close deals
Determinds designs, builds, and maintains brokerage systems for agencies and franchises working with unstructured listing data and fast-moving sales teams, covering CRM, listing classification, and the weighted matching underneath them. We built a custom brokerage platform for a global franchise across Egypt and the UAE, and we develop LeadsNet, our own product, in the same market.
01 What shapes each system
Listing data, agent adoption, and weighted matching
Structuring free-text listings
Property listings in this market arrive as free text. Determinds classifies them into structured records first, so your inventory can be filtered, priced, and matched with confidence.
Built for agent adoption
Agents adopt the system that helps them win deals, and Determinds designs every brokerage platform so the fastest path to a commission runs through it.
Weighted matching for partial fits
A property rarely matches every criterion, so our matching engines score partial fits and explain each trade-off to the broker through a clear scoring design.

03 A Determinds product
LeadsNet, broker-to-broker matching
What it does
Broker-to-broker matching for the residential resale market, where inventory sits with other brokers rather than with a developer and the fastest way to close is to find the broker who already holds the unit.
- Two million listings indexed from three sources
- Two years of price history
- 2,500+ registered users
What LeadsNet brings to your platform
Developing LeadsNet in this market gives Determinds first-hand knowledge of how brokers use software, which data sources stay current, and how an explainable ranking keeps a matching feature in daily use.
- Owned and developed by Determinds
- The same data challenges as client platforms
- Product decisions guided by live usage
Clear ownership in contract and code
LeadsNet belongs to Determinds, and every commissioned brokerage platform belongs to its client, with the two kept separate in contract and in code. Determinds scopes any overlap with LeadsNet in the first call, before a contract is drafted.
04 Frequently asked
Questions brokerages ask
Adoption, data quality, listing feeds, and LeadsNet.
Does LeadsNet conflict with a platform you build for us?
No. LeadsNet is broker-to-broker matching in the residential resale market, and most brokerage platforms serve different needs, where our experience with LeadsNet works in your favor. Where a requirement does overlap, Determinds raises it in the first call and agrees the scope with you before any contract is drafted.
How do you make sure our agents adopt the new platform?
Determinds designs the platform so the path to a commission is the shortest one in the system. Our team maps the steps an agent takes to close a deal and builds the fastest route through the platform, and where a workaround comes from the process rather than the software, we scope the process change before any rebuild.
Can you structure the listing data we already have?
Yes, and Determinds measures accuracy on a sample of your own listings. Free-text descriptions classify reliably on unit type, area, and location, and details such as finishing and view need more care, so our team reports accuracy per attribute and you decide which fields to automate and which to keep manual.
Do you work across the Gulf as well as Egypt?
Yes. Determinds built a brokerage platform that runs in Egypt and the UAE, and our Cairo working hours overlap a full working day in the Gulf. Commission structures, agency rules, and inventory ownership differ between markets, so our team scopes the configuration for each market separately.
Can you connect to portals and listing feeds?
Yes, where the portal permits it. LeadsNet indexes three sources, so our team knows listing feeds well, and feed access is agreed commercially between the brokerage and each portal. Determinds then builds the pipeline, handles deduplication and stale listings, and reports which sources are reliable enough to price against.
How long before a brokerage platform is usable?
Determinds typically delivers a first production release 8 weeks after kickoff. At that point we put a focused first version in front of your agents, and the way they use it shapes each release that follows.

Start with the way your agents work
Determinds scopes every brokerage platform from the way your strongest agents already work, including the spreadsheets they keep beside the CRM, so the platform fits how your deals are closed.
